- These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through D'Closet by Deepika Gogia. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, embroidery, print placement, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our garments.Such variations are not considered defects.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Made-to-Order & Custom Orders
Many of our garments are created specifically for each customer.
For made-to-order or custom-designed outfits:
- Production begins after order confirmation.
- Measurements provided by the customer are considered final.
- Once production has started, cancellations or design changes may not be possible.
Order Conformation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Any unforeseen circumstances
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
D'Closet by Deepika Gogia cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
